5.2. All design concepts, drafts, and preliminary artwork remain the property of Peleza Graphics until full payment is received.
5.3. Upon completion and payment, clients receive usage rights for the final agreed design in accordance with the project terms.
5.4. Revisions: Clients are entitled to a specific number of revisions, as stated in their quote or package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
5.5. Peleza Graphics reserves the right to refuse requests that involve illegal, offensive, or unethical content.
5.6. Source files (such as PSD, AI, or editable formats) may be provided upon request and may attract an additional fee.
5.7. Delays caused by lack of communication or delayed client feedback may result in project timeline extensions.

6. Web Design and Development Services

6.1. Peleza Graphics designs and develops websites that are responsive, visually appealing, and optimized for user experience.
6.2. Clients must provide accurate content, images, and information required to complete the website project.
6.3. Peleza Graphics is not responsible for copyright issues related to content provided by the client.
6.4. Once a website is completed and approved, all files and login credentials will be handed over after final payment.
6.5. Maintenance, updates, or hosting may be offered separately, depending on the service agreement.
6.6. Peleza Graphics cannot guarantee uninterrupted website uptime, as this depends on hosting and third-party factors beyond our control.
6.7. SEO optimization is performed to the best of our ability but does not guarantee top search rankings.
6.8. Any code or custom development created by Peleza Graphics remains proprietary until full payment is made.

7. Photography Services

7.1. Photography services include event, portrait, product, creative, and brand photography.
7.2. All photos taken by Peleza Graphics are protected by copyright law. Clients may use final images for personal or commercial use only after full payment.
7.3. Raw or unedited images are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon.
7.4. Peleza Graphics reserves the right to use photographs for portfolio, marketing, and publication purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.5. Image turnaround times depend on project size and will be communicated clearly in advance.
7.6. Clients are responsible for reviewing delivered images within seven days of receipt. Failure to report issues within this timeframe implies satisfaction with the final work.
7.7. Travel fees, accommodation, and location expenses (if applicable) must be covered by the client.

8. Payment Terms

8.1. All payments must be made in accordance with the quotation or invoice issued.
8.2. Work will not commence until a deposit (usually 50%) is received.
8.3. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery of final files, prints, or websites.
8.4. Payments can be made via EFT, PayFast, or other approved methods specified in your invoice.
8.5. Late payments may attract a penalty fee.
8.6. Refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun, unless exceptional circumstances apply.

9. Revisions, Approval, and Delivery

9.1. Peleza Graphics provides draft versions for review during the creative process.
9.2. Clients must review and approve final work before delivery.
9.3. Once approved, further changes may incur additional fees.
9.4. Peleza Graphics is not responsible for errors overlooked by the client after approval.

10. Cancellation and Termination

10.1. Either party may terminate the project agreement with written notice.
10.2. If the client cancels the project after work has begun, the deposit will be retained to cover time and resources invested.
10.3. Peleza Graphics may cancel a project if a client fails to communicate, provide materials, or make payments.
10.4. Upon cancellation, any incomplete work remains the property of Peleza Graphics.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. Peleza Graphics will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its website or services.
11.2. All services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
